Developing Inner Silence Will Create Inner Clarity And Power

There is a saying that “all power lies within” but many people are totally unaware of what that really means. What it means is that your power is released when you are totally silent, calm and collected on the inside. This ability to keep your mind in as silent a state as possible will allow you to access the subconscious mind and achieve much greater success than ever before. We talk about this more below:

1. You need to be pushing to your goals every day

You need to be really pushing and develop a real sense of momentum and focus fromwhat you do. Taking things easy is not the correct way. You need to be moving quickly, efficiently and fast to achieve more every single day.

2. You must be coming from a position of strength

To come from a position of weakness will make you weak. To come from a position of strength will make you strong. If you want to achieve your goals, you need to be coming from a strong position that reinforces your emotional states and makes you want to push higher.

3. You need to keep a totally silent mind every single day

There is no use in having many different thoughts which are not related to your goal. You need to only have relevant thoughts, and build on top of those thoughts by living in the moment.

4. You must never have a distraction

Those that achieve their goals the most, are totally focused on what they are doing and are never distracted by anything. You need to be totally engrossed in what you are doing, as you are doing it. This will reinforce your resolve and ability to succeed. The only way to achieve real success is to push your mind to stay thinking on the task at hand and nowhere else. This leads to maximum progress and development from whatever you do.

To keep on the task at hand is to invest the energy you have correctly. Only with a correctly adjusted mindset and through time, can this phenomena be properly achieved.

It is very important to learn to develop this focus and be aware of when you are doing things that are hindering your achievements. You need to always be aware. Most of the time, people go through patterns and are totally unaware of their own mistakes. This is because they are working on autopilot, in a trance-like state. To succeed, you need to “awaken” and realise what is happening in your life.

Paying Attention To Your State Of Mind Every Single Day

Paying attention to your state of mind is all about being aware of what is happening in your life and making the relevant changes which are absolutely crucial to expand and enhance your levels of performance.

The only way to truly achieve your goals is to always be aware and make changes as soon as you realise something is not right or going the way you envisaged. The best way to achieve any kind of success is always to be constantly improving. We mention some key points on this below:

1. You need to ensure that your focus is enough

Everybody believes that they are focused, but few are achieving the focus they truly desire. When you are consciously aware of your focus abilities, you can make much greater progress because you are always keeping yourself on track. You must maintain focus to your goals to truly stand a chance of achieving it.

Focus can be achieved through carefully targeted exercises. Concentrating on a single point, or working hard to your goals for long hours is a must to begin to create the state of mind known as focus.

2. Your physical environment can tell you about your state of mind

When your state of mind is good, your physical environment is also good. It is efficient, good things happen and you feel good about yourself on the inside. When things are organised, and everything is happening by routine, you are in the correct position to take full advantage of your inner mental and physical resources.

3. Be aware of your internal distractions

The biggest distraction in the world is your own thoughts. We are constantly thrown off course by our own thoughts because humanity as a whole has yet to reach the level where thoughts automatically become efficient by default. In a busy workplace, thoughts become disciplined because the mind and the body is focused and applying itself in action. This situation of busy and efficient workplaces is the beginning of thought efficiency throughout the whole world. There are still thousands of years of development still to go, until their is an overall leap in consciousness in the power of thought and its level of efficiency.

4. Maintain your routine as much as possible

Maintaining a routine is crucial to maintaining your internal integrity and pushing yourself to the limit. When you have a good routine in place, you don’t have to spend that much time in giving yourself motivation and willpower to do the right things. You can do the right things fairly easy when the motivation is fully in place.

Creating Efficiency In Day To Day Life

For you to achieve the genius you want, you must become efficient. Efficiency is one of the key tools that will allow you to make large levels of progress in a very short space of time. At the end of the day, your ability to make progress is the most important quality that will allow goal achievement. Making progress means putting in the actions and being committed to working to your goals. We talk about this in the points below:

1. You must make things as simple as possible when working to your goals

This means not to make things overtly complicated, believe they are such or to do overtly complicated actions. Every action you perform is just one step closer to your goals. Each action is a small and simple component in a bigger series of steps. To succeed, always remember to keep things as simple as possible.

2. Work from a plan

When you have a plan, you already know what to do in the day instead of having to think about what to do. This saves time and effort. You then simply work from the plan and go through all of the points in it.

3. Only think about what you are doing and ignore everything else

To only think about what you are doing, and completely ignoring everything else will mean all of your subconscious and focus powers are concentrated on what you are doing. This is good, because it means you are concentrating and doing the things related to your goal, instead of wandering about with your mind. Efficiency of mind is akin to efficiency of success. To make the mind as efficient as possible should be your sole goal and priority and this comes from only concentrating on what you are doing and nothing else.

4. Think and imagine positive things in your mind only

When you are thinking positive images, and saying positive things, positive things are the only result. You change the subconscious self talk which happens within, and this gives you more resources and inner mental power to direct to your goals. Imagine positive situations in your mind. Imagine things going well. See these things in crystal clear detail. Make those images brigher and more intense. They will then have more power over your actions and catapult you closer to your goals accordingly.

5. Take the steps to feel good

When you feel good on the inside and enthusiastic or confident, you have little inner resistance to being efficient and disciplined. You work harder, become more focused and overall feel more confident. All of this happens because you feel good on the inside. Good feelings means little inner resistance and this means you can achieve the states of mind and body you want much more easily.

Success In Anything You Do Is Simple

Success in anything you do is indeed simple, if you believe it so. If you make it complicated, it will become complicated. If you make it simple, it binds in strength and grows your success even more. Here are some important lessons that will help you derive more success from the things you do:

1. Do things in a simple way. Focus on doing things. Make it simple and dont be in your head

The way to do this, is to know that things happen in an easy and relaxed manner all the time. When you are totally relaxed and allow things to flow freely, all the success you want can be achieved much more easily.

When you make things complicated in your head, all of your mental energy needs to filter through that before you even begin making any progress. When it reaches the end, there is very little mental energy left over to do things.

With real success, you make it incredibly simple so that all of the mental energy is invested towards the goals you set yourself. To imagine this and understand it better, think about a reservoir on the top of a mountain. This mountain has 20 different rivers of water coming out of it. Now imagine instead of those 20 streams, there is one giant stream of water ie a large river, coming from the mountain. Which one do you think has more power and water in it? The same goes with your mind. Make things simple and dont think it takes 15 or 20 steps to success. It takes one and that is keeping it simple, believing it to be so and following through with decisive, reinforcing action.

2. If you believe it is simple, it becomes so.

If you don’t believe it is simple, then how will it be so? This is a major question that you need to ask yourself deep inside. You may doubt yourself at first about success being simple, but think of it as simple processes. Put those into place, follow through with action and the results will reinforce and bind further and faster than ever before.

3. Get down to business

This means do the physical things to get success, in as simple a manner as possible. It is making things simple and doing the simple physical actions that success will come extremely fast and quickly.

This means:

a) if you’re a student, get down to sitting up your exam schedule and following through with it

b) if you’re in business, get down to getting on with the work that needs to be done in an organised way

c) If your in sports, get down to doing the training and being organised for it

The list goes on and on. Essentially, any level of success can be achieved when you embrace the power of simplicity. It is effective and will give you the most results.

Remembering Your Own Success To Keep Creating It

It is incredibly important to remember your own successes in whatever we do. Through the passage of time, it is possible to forget how successful or capable we really are, and this is not optimal for pushing you to peak performance in the long run. If you wish to achieve all of your goals, it is vital that you are able to re-visit your successes so that they can charge you even further for the future as well.

Below are some important lessons on this topic:

1. Your past is just mental information in your mind now

Once the past is gone, it is gone forever. The only thing you can do now is use those past experiences to boost your confidence for the present. Allthe successes in your past are just mental information in your mind. By revisiting that information, you can access those same states of success, confidence and ambition which you will have had previously. This is vital to helping you stay on track.

2. By not remembering our success, we can lose sight of our success

By visiting your success often, you are able to remember just how good you are in whatever you want to accomplish. For example, if you wanted to be good at football for instance, by remembering all the past situations where you were good at football, you can re-energise your confidence and self belief in how good you are. If you are going through a dry spell and you forget your success, you can only go downwards.

Being aware is all about remembering how confident, capable and powerful you are for what you want to achieve.

3. We must always think of what we want and how we want to achieve it

By talking about what you want all the time, and how you want to achieve it, you can always be moving forward to your goals. Moving forward is about focusing in one direction only and keeping that focus going for long periods of time. We can then re-access much higher states of awareness, confidence and our natural inner energy inside.

All of these resources, when fully released, give you the motivation, confidence, power, intuition and creativity to go for what you want with a clear and level headed mind. When you are operating at full speed and can do the things you want to do for success (instead of procrastinating or other obstacles), you make maximum progress to your goals.
