Creating Efficiency In Day To Day Life
For you to achieve the genius you want, you must become efficient. Efficiency is one of the key tools that will allow you to make large levels of progress in a very short space of time. At the end of the day, your ability to make progress is the most important quality that will allow goal achievement. 1. You must make things as simple as possible when working to your goals
This means not to make things overtly complicated, believe they are such or to do overtly complicated actions. Every action you perform is just one step closer to your goals. 2. Work from a plan
When you have a plan, you already know what to do in the day instead of having to think about what to do. This saves time and effort. You then simply work from the plan and go through all of the points in it.
3. Only think about what you are doing and ignore everything else
To only think about what you are doing, and completely ignoring everything else will mean all of your subconscious and focus powers are concentrated on what you are doing. This is good, because it means you are concentrating and doing the things related to your goal, instead of wandering about with your mind. Efficiency of mind is akin to efficiency of success. To make the mind as efficient as possible should be your sole goal and priority and this comes from only concentrating on what you are doing and nothing else.
4. Think and imagine positive things in your mind only
When you are thinking positive images, and saying positive things, positive things are the only result. You change the subconscious self talk which happens within, and this gives you more resources and inner mental power to direct to your goals. Imagine positive situations in your mind. Imagine things going well. See these things in crystal clear detail. Make those images brigher and more intense. They will then have more power over your actions and catapult you closer to your goals accordingly.
5. Take the steps to feel good
When you feel good on the inside and enthusiastic or confident, you have little inner resistance to being efficient and disciplined. You work harder, become more focused and overall feel more confident. All of this happens because you feel good on the inside. Good feelings means little inner resistance and this means you can achieve the states of mind and body you want much more easily.
