|Questions For Focus|
1. Questions you can ask yourself are below:
A. What am I happy about in my life just now? What is it about that which makes me happy? How does that make me feel?
B. What am I excited about in my life just now? What is it about that which makes me excited? How does that make me feel?
C. What am I grateful for in my life just now? What is it about that which makes me grateful? How does that make me feel?
D. What am I committed to in my life just now? What is it about that which makes me committed? How does that make me feel?
These questions are perhaps best asked when you are wavering with doubts, and in need of a new and solid sense of direction. If these questions seem difficult to answer positively, I would add "if I could, what would I be happy about...." etc etc
2. All questions are answered with a specific answer. This answer gives the focus.
When you ask a question, you are opening the potential for any possible answer. However, which answer you come out with, is the one which you have decided over all possible answers and possibilities. The answer therefore acts as a focus and direction about where you are going in your life.
3. Asking a question allows you to evaluate your life's direction and your beliefs.
On asking the question, whatever comes out is what is at the forefront of your mind. If it is positive, you have installed in your mind a positive set of beliefs. If it is negative, the negative beliefs are clearly exposed.
4. At the end of each day, you can ask yourself these questions:
A. What have I learned today that will help me live my dreams?
These questions will help you to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of your day in realising your dreams.
What To Expect
On asking yourself an open-ended question, and answering it, you will be surprised by the level and quality of results you will come up with. You will be surprised by how much you know about what direction your life is going, and you will be invigorated to make changes and propel towards your goals.
