Every night, we perhaps sleep for around 8 hours. In a
week, that equates to around 56 hours, and in a year it comes
to 2912 hours of sleep. That is a substantial length of time to
allow your subconscious mind to get to work. The secret of

attempts to make our thoughts at the time of sleep come
true.
So what you think about before you go to bed, is
the state of mind you will be in when you get up. If I go to
bed worrying, I will wake up worrying. If I go to bed with a violent

to bed with a calm mind, knowing there is complete abundance and
wealth in my life, I will wake up feeling the same. The
conscious mind cannot interfere whilst asleep, so
the subconscious mind can get to work to manifest the

what you want and keep your motivation and commitment high. Below
you will find some guidelines to make sure sleep is an easy way to
get you closer to achieving any dream or desire you have in

1. At the time of sleep,
make sure you are in a positive state of
mind.
You don't need to be super happy, but
its important that you are not in a negative mental state. A good
way to achieve the right mind is to ask yourself questions that can
only be answered positively. This allows your focus to move in the
right direction. For example, you could ask yourself what you are
happy, excited or committed to in your life right now.
2. Write down your goals
for the next day on paper.

3. Do not second guess as to how
the goals are going to be

thinking when you are in a drowsy state.

this time, your consciousness is partially suspended, allowing the
subconscious giant within you to be open to suggestion and
manipulation. It is therefore vital to continue and learn to live in
the present moment and only try to go to sleep, so that the
subconscious is at work, but without the conscious mind interfering
to imprint negative patterns into your subconscious. This also
applies to when it is approaching sleeping time, as this drowsy
state also has similar effects.
6. Make sure you get enough sleep.
This is a no-brainer but most people do not realise it's
value. The value is in the fact that it is not what you do that
matters. It is in how you do where the value lies. You
should live your life with sufficient sleep, and you will find that
you will live a perfect life. Enough sleep also means its
bad to have too much sleep. So when you wake up at the designated
time, get out of bed immediately and begin to work. Otherwise you
will tend to remain drowsy all day. It might feel difficult to jump
out of bed as soon as the alarm goes off, but you should realise
that this initial push in the morning for a few seconds, will make
the whole day go easy.
