Subconscious Mind Power
The subconscious mind is a super processor which
influences our lives. Its effect influences everything from our
heart beat, breathing, blink rate, body movements, thoughts,
attitudes, beliefs, tendencies etc.
The secret however, is
that we can use the power of the subconscious to further our lives
and propel us towards the achievement of our goals. Here i want to
talk about a few ways that we can complement the power of the
subconscious and allow it to guide our lives. All steps detailed
below are critical if we are to access the subconscious power:
1. Don't interfere with the
subconscious mind directly.
We interfere
when we are conscious and attempt to extract meaning from our
thoughts without knowledge. We instead, need to
link with the subconscious mind and allow it instead
to run our lives. We therefore must minimise the conscious aspect
and allow the subconscious to come to the fore. In laymen's terms,
it can be summed up as "it is not what you do, but how you
do it" that makes the difference
2. Suspend judgement, opinion and
debate.
These are all a waste of time. We
need to have a goal and achieve it. It's as simple as that. This is
the way it has to be if you are to succeed in life. This is the
correct and natural way to do things: Suspend the opinions and the
judgements which you have on all things. The subconscious mind does
not judge. It does. And it does this in the best and quickest way
possible. When we therefore suspend our judgement, we are connecting
with the subconscious mind and allowing its power to flow
freely.
3. Seed into the
subconscious mind for 2-3 minutes per day at the
most.
When we decide to truly live our life,
we are in the world and we are living our life without conscious
thought. We are in perpetual bliss from the curse of our conscious
mind. However, in order for the subconscious to show us and allow us
to achieve our goals, we must give it the end goal for it to
work with. We do this by seeding in mental silence. After the
silence is over, we need to get on with our lives and live life in
the world without conscious thought, philosophising, theorising etc.
We need to shut up and get on with it.
4. Live in the present moment.
Live your life by giving 100% mental attention to everything
you do. If you do not and instead allow your mind to wander,
you will experience many problems in our life. When we link
properly to the subconscious, we are always doing the best thing in
every moment. When we do the best, we achieve the best in all
things.
5. Let go and become
your goal.
You let go and become your goal
when you have seeded the goal correctly, and then decided to get on
with life. This way you are allowing the subconscious to take over
your life and allow the fruits which it has created to grow.
