Policy for refunds under the 60-day money back guarantee

The 60-day money back guarantee applies when a customer buys our products, and this is subject to the policy below. Exceptions to the refund policy can be requested, but this must be through agreement with us.

Our standard policy is as follows: 1. Refunds will be administered if intellectual performance has decreased or remained the same from the use of our techniques. Faulty claims such as those in which the customer intentionally scores lower in their 2nd IQ test will not be accepted. 2. If a dispute arises, in the extreme case, we will refer the customer to a medical professional for a SPECT scan or a psychologist for an IQ test to validate their claim of lower intelligence after practising our techniques. 3.
